DURHAM, N.C. -
Two men have been arrested and charged for allegedly shooting and stabbing their cousin to death.
Durham Police say officers were dispatched to a "shots fired" call at 1:19 Thursday morning at an apartment complex at 1737 East Cornwallis Road.
While searching the area, officers found the body of 25-year-old Marcelino Espinosa Guzman lying near a dumpster. Police say he had been shot and stabbed and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Brothers Isai Espinosa Ramirez, 23, and Abel Espinosa Ramirez, 21, have been arrested and charged with murder. They have been placed in the Durham County Jail under no bond.

Joe Weiner - where did you get your information that the majority of Hispanics are here legally? Chances are - you're wrong. I work with them through my agency job and the majority are not legal and we cannot help them once we find that out. That said, just looking at a Hispanic, one cannot tell if they are legal or not. I treat them all the same as I would anyone else. But if I run them through the verification system, over half come back with needing more information and when that happens - we don't see them again. Good indication that they are not legal and are afraid we will call the INS or ICE on them.

1000 to 1 odds, this guy is an illegal alien and his victims were too....When will we teach these illegals that they cant come here and sell drugs and kill people?!?!?! We need to take a harsh stance against illegal immigration. I say equip the Border Patrol with M249 Squad automatic weapons systems with permission, no, ORDERS to fire on ANYONE not coming through a valid border checkpoint. We need to get serious with these ANIMALS NOW! Most of these illegals are gang members or relatives of gang members. Stop them all so they will not procreate.

Hey calm down.. does it matter where they are from...I was very close to Marcelino he was a good person... no matter where they are from no one should kill another especially family... Racist we are all the same just different looks and languages

I meant I'm "for" passing new laws, not that I'm passing...sorry about that. Oh, we could brand them like cattle, not tattoo them...quicker, and cheaper..just a thought from someone who is sick and tired of our country being over run by illegals from all over the world, not just Mexico...let's round up the Middle Easterner's who mean us harm and do the same thing to them...the quicker, the better.

Hopefully the Sheriff has run them through the system (287g)to determine if they are e illegals. Regardless, we have to pay the cost of the courts, jail & prison time and feed them, meet their medical needs,plus guards, etc...I'm passing new fed laws that would allow any illegal being found in the US after being deported, to be executed..that will surely discourage them from coming back..fwe should tattooing on their forehead "Murder's, not allowed in the US" this way, they can't sneak across the borders, or be seen in the US without immediately being executed...no trial, no prison time, no second deportation...let's get tuff and give them reason not to cross our borders illegally. If they want to be here in our country, let them do it the right way...Oh, we have to add personnel to INS to process the applicants in a reasonable time frame, not the years it currently takes. What I stated above, should apply to "ANY ILLEGAL, FROM ANY COUNTRY".

This isn't texas or Cali, If you knew anything, u would know that the vast majority of Latinos in nc are here legally. Please stop being racist. Why can't legal hispanics commit murder, legal white people do it all the time

Beverlynn... Oconnor is a name with Irish origins and probably migrated to the US in the late 1800's to 1900's legally!!! Do you know how stupid you sound?? They most likely were illegals and we are seeing more of an influx of hispanic crimes with these individuals. The illegals are draining the system economically through our medicare and yes...the prison system. OH and I'm Native American.

I bet they are illegals,, there is no need to bring these guys up from mexico for them just to kill each other then the state has to spend all that money to try and imprison them
