Dr. Latty-Mann presents to Triangle human resources professionals

Durham, N.C. - Oct. 27, 2009 - Dr. Holly Latty-Mann, CEO and co-founder of The Leadership Trust, spoke to members of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association (RWHRMA) at their monthly meeting in Raleigh on Oct. 20. The Leadership Trust is an organization dedicated to leadership and self-awareness development and training. Latty-Mann shared insight with the group to further their effectiveness as leaders and to inspire and engage the workforce they represent in a down economy.

Latty-Mann’s presentation covered recommendations for increasing internal office functionality and no-cost or low-cost ideas for a company to implement in a down economy including internal communication tactics for delivering positive or negative news, employee education and building an atmosphere of respect and openness.
