Join Preservation Durham on Saturday, Nov. 1, for its first annual Ghost Tour.

Not your standard "spooky dead people" tour, this ghost building tour will highlight the architectural ghosts of by-gone structures that continue to haunt us.

This year's theme is "Hotels and Theaters".

Tour participants will witness the streetscapes of yore reappear before their own eyes: the two towers of the Washington Duke Hotel, the Victorian elegance of the Carolina Hotel, the Wonderland Theatre - a Hayti hotspot, and many more.

Tour sites will be open from 1 to 4 pm. Tickets will be available for sale at the CCB Plaza on the day of the tour: $10 for adults, $5 for college and high school students, free for children under 14.
