DURHAM, N.C. -
On Thursday, Dec. 4, members from the Duke University and N.C. Central University football programs will participate in a community service project -- Holiday Shoebox Campaign.
This program will involve the student-athletes packing and wrapping shoeboxes filled with gifts for boys aged 7-9 involved with the Durham Parks & Recreation After School programs.
The student-athletes will wrap from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Irwin R. Holmes, Sr. Recreation Center at Campus Hills, 2000 South Alston Avenue, Durham.
