DURHAM, N.C. -
North Carolina Public Schools released a report on their Web site on the lowest performing schools in the state.
One of the lowest performing high schools in the state is Southern High School in Durham.

I love our university system in NC but children all over the country qualify more than our own NC children because NC public schools can’t meet the standard. Thank God for the Community College System which enables some of our NC children to go on and succeed.
More tax money should be put in public schools and other money used to run state universities.
