DURHAM, N.C. -
According to Durham Public Schools, Jordan High School senior Torrence Hunt won the NC 4A State Champion in the 55 Meter Dash. Hunt smashed the Jordan 55M Dash record with a time of 6.25.
He will be attending East Carolina University in the fall on a football scholarship.
His coach is Winter Bingham Simpson, a Jordan teacher.
