Help us celebrate the second annual North Carolina Hemophilia Walk by attending our Kickoff Event on Saturday, August 8th from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the Hilton Garden Inn on Aviation Parkway in Morrisvlle! All team captains, volunteers, walkers and anyone interested in participating in and learning more about the North Carolina Walk is invited to join us as we rally together to make this year a huge success.

This will be a fun time to energize yourself and your team for the upcoming walk on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at Lake Crabtree County Park. We will discuss how to use some great features on the new, user-friendly website, talk about walk t-shirt design tips (with a tee shirt making contest for the kids that will be used as items along our popular scavenger hunt on the walk route), share ideas about team initiatives, give updates on the walk day activities and much more. There will be also be a raffle for teams hats so don’t miss out on this opportunity to be the best looking team out there! We’ll also be introducing the Walk Ambassador and Corporate Hero programs that are new this year.

There is no charge to attend the Kickoff Event. Hors d’ oeuvres, desserts & beverages will be served. Come out, bring your friends & family and enjoy the celebration!
