Man Wanted On Several Theft Charges

DURHAM, N.C. -

Police are looking for a man wanted on several theft charges.

Durham CrimeStoppers and the Durham Sheriff's Office would like to ask for the public's help in locating Derek Allen Hightower II, 26, who is wanted for obtaining property by false pretense, identity theft, misdemeanor probation violation, and numerous traffic related charges.

Hightower is described as 6 feet tall, 160 pounds. Hightower's last known address is #15 Strawberry Ridge Lane.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Durham Sheriff's Office at (919)560-0900, or CrimeStoppers at (919)683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers do not have to identify themselves.
