Locally owned pizzeria hosts golf tournament for Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.—Tomato Jake's presents their second annual golf tournament on Friday, Sept. 25 at The Preserve Golf Course at Jordan Lake in Chapel Hill, N.C. The event is a fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill.
Tomato Jake's has set a goal of raising over $10,000 with the event. Non-golfing donations, hole sponsorships and shared sponsorships are also available.
The tournament is a shotgun start captain and crew tournament. Registration is $85 and includes: 18 holes of golf, range balls, the use of a golf cart, beverages, a goodie bag and refreshments at the awards party.
Golfers can compete in the closest to the pin contest on all par-3s and the hole-in-one contest. After the tournament, the fun will continue at the after-party at Tomato Jake's pizzeria in Durham, N.C.

The Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill provides a "home away from home" for families of children who are receiving health care at area hospitals. The House offers physical comfort and emotional support through programs dedicated to the well-being of the whole family.
