Raleigh, NC: Every winter Assistance League of Raleigh and Broadway Series South transform Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts into an eye-popping, magical holiday event space for the annual holiday fundraiser, Festival of Trees. This enchanting event raises money to help fund Assistance League of Raleigh and brings together a committed community of individuals to enjoy the holiday season. Every year, Assistance League of Raleigh and Broadway Series South host the Festival of Trees. The beautifully decorated trees, sponsored by individuals, businesses, organizations, and school groups from the Raleigh area, are displayed at the Progress Energy Center for Performing Arts from November 6, 2009 until January 2, 2010. The fundraising event includes a gala, silent auction and select items for purchase.
