The State Highway Patrol has issued an arrest warrant for Tanilo Rosales-Figuero, a suspect accused in a deadly hit and run on U.S. 70 and Pleasant Drive in Durham early Saturday morning.
First Sergeant Steve D. Greene, with the Highway Patrol, says through an anonymous tip, authorities located the Chevrolet TrailBlazer involved in the deadly crash. The Blazer was found at 1304 Mocking Bird Lane on Sunday. Rosales-Figuero lives at the address.
Timothy Brett Parrish, Jr., 24, and Bryant Keith Mitchell, 37, were killed after the car they were in was struck by the Blazer. Parrish lost control of his vehicle and ran off the road and struck a tree.
